He is now fully prepared to make a splash in the IPL too. Siraj spoke to Dainik Jagran just before the first match of the IPL.

Mohammed Siraj said that you get a lot of confidence by playing international matches and performing there. As I have performed against Australia and England, it has been a great confidence boost for me.
Right now my only goal is that I can do very well in the IPL and continue to do more good for my team. This season, I think that I am still practicing with new balls.
If I get a chance to bow during the power play, I can bowl well there and get wickets. And I become the highest wicket-taker this year. And this is my only goal in the IPL this time.
This IPL is a very big platform. He is also a young player and international player. Such as Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Glenn Maxwell.
The same outside team also has very good international players. So taking his wicket is a lot of confidence for a young bowler like me. Meaning that if he gets the confidence to go ahead and perform even better, then it feels much better.
Right now I am planning during practice that I can use yorker balls as much as possible by placing a shoe on a single wicket.
The same whenever my team needs bowling in the death overs. So in the death overs, I will consider my yorker balls to be the most effective weapon.
